Background: Early detection of the disease in its latent phase through executive health checkup facilitates timely therapeutic interventions, thereby significantly reducing the associated morbidity, mortality and economic burden. Objectives: To evaluate the physiological determinants of health and disease in executive health checkup. Methods: In this hospital-based, cross-sectional study, a total of 768 individuals aged >20 years, irrespective of their gender, reporting for an executive health check-up were included.
