Abstract: Background and objectives: To investigate the effect of green human resource management practises on environmental sustainability in the healthcare sector in KSA. To estimate impact of green recruitment, green training and selection, development, and green performance management practices on environmental sustainability in the KSA healthcare industry. Method: A survey of healthcare facilities in KSA was undertaken as part of the research using a quantitative research approach and a descriptive research design. Data was collected via a questionnaire, which was distributed to 414 respondents and garnered 404 responses.
