Author Instructions for Submissions
- General Guidelines
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished. Simultaneous submissions to other journals are not allowed.
- Authors are required to declare that their work is free from any conflicts of interest.
- Articles must be written in clear and concise English (American or British, not a mix).
- The manuscript should follow the specified format, including font style, size, and structure as outlined below.
- Manuscript Categories
- We accept the following types of submissions:
- Original Research Articles: Should report new findings and be structured with Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion sections.
- Review Articles: Summarize the current state of research on a particular topic and offer a comprehensive view of relevant literature.
- Case Reports: Detailed descriptions of a single clinical case, with discussions on diagnosis and treatment.
- Short Communications: Concise reports of original research or novel findings.
- Letters to the Editor: Comments on previously published articles or on matters of general interest to the journal’s readers.
- Manuscript Format
- Title Page: Include the title, authors’ full names, affiliations, contact details, and a corresponding author’s email.
- Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of 250–300 words summarizing the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion. Avoid references in the abstract.
- Keywords: List 3–5 relevant keywords.
- Text: The manuscript should be divided into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion (for original research articles). The total word count should not exceed 5000 words.
- References: Use Vancouver citation style for references. Ensure that all references are cited in-text and listed in the reference section at the end.
- Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should be placed at the end of the manuscript and numbered consecutively. Provide captions for each figure and table.
- Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (provide URL/link).
- All manuscripts will undergo an initial screening for relevance and adherence to submission guidelines.
- Submissions should be made in Word (.doc or .docx) format. PDFs are not acceptable.
- Ethics and Consent
- Authors must obtain appropriate ethics committee approval for studies involving human or animal subjects. A statement confirming this approval must be included in the manuscript.
- For case reports, informed consent from the patient must be obtained, and it must be stated in the article.
- Peer Review Process
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. The identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
- Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments.
- The final decision on acceptance rests with the editorial board.
- Conflicts of Interest
- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, that could influence the manuscript.
- Copyright and License
- By submitting their manuscript, authors agree to transfer the copyright of the published version of their work to the journal.
- The journal operates under an open-access policy, meaning articles will be freely available to the public after publication.
- Plagiarism and Ethical Violations
- The journal takes plagiarism seriously. All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Any form of plagiarism will result in rejection and potential further action.
